Ability to track and work across multiple client programs with competing deadlines and different stakeholders

Support of communications and change management activities to include development and dissemination of communications products and resources

Leveraging change management methodologies and applying them as appropriate for the environment and based on change adoption requirements, adjusting as needed to ensure focus is on execution and impact for the people-related change driven by a transformation initiative

Regular client interaction, encompassing both formal presentations and informal, routine communications

Engagement with senior client leadership, to include determining appropriate situations for escalation to leadership

Owning and delivering against a communication plan; ensuring messages are crafted for the right audience at the right time in the right channel in a consistent and engaging format

Managing multiple inboxes to answer stakeholder questions and concerns

Leveraging existing resources and materials to draft appropriate responses to stakeholder inquiries

Developing strategic documents, implementation plans, stakeholder assessments, stakeholder engagements, newsletters, videos, speeches, and communications frameworks

Support of annual talent management program evaluations to include survey question development, stakeholder engagement, leadership interviews, consolidation and analysis of feedback, and development of final reports and recommendations

QualificationsRequired:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

3+ years of Human Capital related experience

1+ years of change management and/or strategic communications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent

Ability to work full time in SCIF environments in the DMV area.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Project management, planning, implementation, performance metrics and reporting

Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Knowledge of government organizations and/or government human resource

This National Guard position is for a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (Direct Hire), Position Description Number T5120P01 and is part of the MD JFHQ G4, National Guard. Responsibilities 1. Serves as an advisor to the Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist on all Combat Service Support (CSS) Automated Logistics Information Systems and Programs. Exercises knowledge and oversight for all matters pertaining to the fielding and operation of Automated Logistics Information Systems and Programs. Utilizes an extensive knowledge of logistics programs/operations and a clear understanding of automated systems to manage projects and programs for systems integration of CSS automation. Identifies funding requirements to support SASMO operations, justifies and submits budget requirements for State operating budget, and executes funds received. (25%) 2. Serves as a Systems Administrator for all Automated Logistics Information Systems and Programs and as the technical expert within the State/Territory responsible for providing technical and functional guidance for serviced Automated Logistics Information Systems and Programs. Reviews SASMO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they are current (i.e., help desk, repair operations, etc.). Evaluates trouble tickets escalated from the help desk, setting priorities on a weekly and monthly basis. Troubleshoots diagnoses and resolves technical problems identified in trouble tickets and initial setup of serviced Automated Logistics Information System computers to include loading software, configuring modem and network card(s), assigning Internet Protocol (IP) addresses with correct subnet, connectivity to the network as required, coordinating with other support personnel, and completing technical inspections. Assists functional users in automated CSS systems management and operation. (25%) 3 Serves as the primary point of contact for Functional Administrators and users of the serviced database(s). Administers the day-to-day database operation and maintenance of the serviced database(s). Performs tests to ensure serviced database(s) efficiently collects, stores, and processes data. Evaluates, determines, and initiates corrective action to recover or restore data and return the database(s) to operational status. Resolves issues and problems concerning the effectiveness and efficiency of Automated Logistics Information Systems and Programs administrative and systemic work operations. Utilizes knowledge of logistics management principles, policies, and procedures to implement, establish, and execute operational plans and policies for Automated Logistics Information Systems.
